Everyone loves to drink juices whether it is summer or winter that really doesn’t matter. 

Some people have the habit of drinking juice along with their breakfast, lunch and dinner meals. 

Some people drink juice from juice shops when they go out. 

I love making fruit juices at home especially during seasons, I won’t miss preparing mango juice, orange juice, watermelon juice and pineapple juice.

Kids also love to drink juice a lot. Even my kids crave juice almost any time of the day. 

When it comes to kids or adults, try not to get addiction over store bought container juices. 

It may have an expiry date but think why it does not get spoiled as soon as like our homemade fresh juices. 

So just think about the preservatives present in the store bought juices. 

You can drink it during long travels or when you have no other option. But try your best to make fresh fruit juices at home and enjoy it without any limitations. 

And yes let us now learn how to make tasty and healthy apple juice at home. 

How to Make Apple Juice at Home?

The ingredients for apple juice are easily available at home. Today I am preparing apple juice with milk. 

So let us see my version of apple juice preparation in very less time. 

We are preparing apple juice so the very first is we need to wash the apples really nice to get all dirt out of it. 

You can even use a few tablespoons of vinegar for washing your fruits and veggies before you refrigerate them. 

I always peel the skin of apples whenever I make juices. In case if you are not peeling the skin, then wash the apples in hot water to get rid of any wax coating over it. But always peel the skin if you are making the apple juice for babies. 

Here I am using fresh milk to make apple juice. Use pasteurized milk or you have to boil the milk well and cool it before making the juice. Unpasteurized milk may cause allergies and make the stomach upset. 

For my juice, I am using white sugar, you can always replace it with jaggery or organic brown sugar. I am also adding a few spoons of grape wine which is completely optional. You can avoid it for sure if you are feeding it for babies. 

For some nice flavour, I am adding a pinch of cardamom powder. This is also optional as the apples always have their own flavour. But trust me it will give some rich taste to your juice. 

That’s it, you can also add some ice cubes for chillness and blend it all together at high speed. Make sure to strain the juice if you didn’t peel the apple skin. 

You can follow the same steps while making any kind of fruit juices of your choice. 

Apple Juice Benefits

Apple juice benefits a lot for people who are on a liquid diet. For making dietetic apple juice, you must not use milk or any sweeteners. 

Blend the apple with enough water and ice cubes, drink it just like that. Apple juice calorie level is very low and we can say it is completely free of calories and fat. 

Drinking apple juice once a day, will make us healthy as it contains many essential nutrients like Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K and Vitamin E.

Ingredients of Apple juice

3.00 cup milk
0.50 tbsp cardamom powder
1.00 cup apple
1.00 cup sugar
1.00 tbsp grape wine

To this then add milk , and sugar and then grind it well , we need it to drink so it should be very smooth .

Then transfer it to a bowl by sieving it ,so that we won't get any bites of apple and cardamom .
