STEP : 1
Initially peel the skin of the apple. In some other method no need to peel the skin. In this method we have to peel.

STEP : 2
Cut the apple finely. Take that chopped apple to the mixer jar for grind that finely. Dont add water while grinding.

STEP : 3
After grind the apple wait for few min. the color of the paste will be changed. Then add sugar in to the grinded paste

STEP : 4
Now place the pan. Pour a little amount of water. Then add turmeric powder in to the water. Wait for boil.

STEP : 5
After the turmeric powder mixed in to the water add the grinded paste in to the turmeric water slowly.

STEP : 6
Wait for 10 to 15 min . wait until the apple turns to brown color. Allow that to boil. Wait until the raw smell comes while boiling.

STEP : 7
Now add some amount of maida flour in to the boiled apple. This will gives us the halwa consistency while eating.

STEP : 8
Now also add some amount of sugar. This will makes the liquid consistency while cooking. Wait for some time till change to thick.

STEP : 9
Now add cardamom powder. This will gives us a pleasant smell and taste. So add this at last stage of the recipe.

STEP : 10
Add ghee at last. This will makes non stick to the pan. Also non stick to the finger while eating. Give us a nice taste.

STEP : 11
Now see the image. You have to wait until this consistency comes. Till that you have to fry that continuously . at last add a cashew.
