STEP : 1
At the first step clean and cut the fish in to small pieces and remove the skin of fish if it's too hard.

Then we can marinate the fish pieces using turmeric powder,red chilly powder ,salt and at last add a teaspoon of sunflower oil.

Mix it very well and keep it For about fifteen minutes and mean while heat a pan or Kadai and then pour sunflower oil to it and when it's hot add yellow mustard or uluva to it.

When it splutters add Coconut to it and stir well ,when.it is slightly brawn add coriander powder to it and stir for about 2 minutes ,then off the flame.

Let it cool for sometime and then take a mixer or blender and pour this coconut mix to it and grind it well.

Then heat the same pan Or another pan and pour sunflower oil to it and when it is hot add the grinded mixture to it.

Then stir it well and add little water to it when it boils add chilly powder to it and again stir well.

Then put the tamarind in to 1 cup water and nicely squeeze it ,then add this Tamarind water to the pan and stir well, then add the marinated fish to it.

Keep the flame low and mix it well and close the pan for ten minutes ,stir it in every two minutes.

Then check whether the fish is cooked or not , we can get to know that by seeing oil gets separated at the upper layer.

When it is nicely cooked Add some green chilly to it and stir well ,then off the flame and serve hot with white rice.
