This is a curry using fish with nice flesh ,this curry will give you a nice taste ,we use spices as Kerala style but it tastes really very different. It is slightly spicy curry and in this we use yellow mustard or uluva as a main ingredient.

Ingredients of Andhra fish curry

0.50 kg fish with flesh
1.00 tbsp yellow mustard
3.00 tbsp coconut
0.25 tbsp salt
2.00 tbsp sun flower oil
1.00 tbsp coriander powder
1.00 tbsp red chilly powder
0.50 tbsp turmeric powder
1.00 tbsp tamarind
1.00 gram green chilly

At the first step clean and cut the fish in to small pieces and remove the skin of fish if it's too hard.

Then we can marinate the fish pieces using turmeric powder,red chilly powder ,salt and at last add a teaspoon of sunflower oil.

Mix it very well and keep it For about fifteen minutes and mean while heat a pan or Kadai and then pour sunflower oil to it and when it's hot add yellow mustard or uluva to it.

When it splutters add Coconut to it and stir well ,when.it is slightly brawn add coriander powder to it and stir for about 2 minutes ,then off the flame.

Let it cool for sometime and then take a mixer or blender and pour this coconut mix to it and grind it well.

Then stir it well and add little water to it when it boils add chilly powder to it and again stir well.

Then put the tamarind in to 1 cup water and nicely squeeze it ,then add this Tamarind water to the pan and stir well, then add the marinated fish to it.

Keep the flame low and mix it well and close the pan for ten minutes ,stir it in every two minutes.

Then check whether the fish is cooked or not , we can get to know that by seeing oil gets separated at the upper layer.

When it is nicely cooked Add some green chilly to it and stir well ,then off the flame and serve hot with white rice.

this fish curry looks very tasty, because of its gravy, and this fish is made from Andra style that you can see in its name, I know about it, but I never tried this dish, you can eat this tasty dish with any plane or special rice, fish is my one of the favourite non-veg item, thank you for sharing this healthy and delicious fish recipe with us.
