STEP : 1
At the first step clean the fish using water and then cut it to small pieces the keep it in a plate .

Then take a lemon and pour some pepper powder to it , marinate the fish pieces using the lemon juice salt and pepper for half an hour.

Then take a blender or mixer and put ginger , garlic and green chilly to it grind it well and then.

To the grinded mixture pour some rice flour , gram flour , cumin seeds , chilly powder and salt also.

Then grind it well make it a smooth paste , mean while heat a kadai or pan and pour oil to it.

The batter should not be too loose, Then dip the fish pieces one by one to the batter and put this to the hot oil.

Then let the fish gets fried and cooked well , when one side of the fish gets fried well turn it's side.

When it's done take it out and wipe off excess oil. Then fry the remaining fish pieces also and then serve hot along with tomato sauce.
