By the name itself we can understand it is a north Indian dish using fish , we can make this very easily using simple ingredients present in our home kitchen . It is a healthy snack for kids and all . We can take this as a starter too.

Ingredients of Amritsari fish fry

0.50 kg Fish
1.00 cup gram flour
2.00 tbsp rice flour
1.00 tbsp chilly powder
1.00 tbsp ginger
0.50 tbsp garlic
1.00 tbsp lemon
1.00 tbsp pepper powder
1.00 tbsp green chilly
2.00 tbsp egg
0.25 tbsp salt
1.00 cup oil
0.25 tbsp cumin seeds

At the first step clean the fish using water and then cut it to small pieces the keep it in a plate .

this is basically a north Indian dish made with fish. you can take any fish of your preference but keep in mind whether it matches with the masala given in the recipe. and also you can add red chili instead of green chili , which ever suits you. it is a good dish overall and does not require much time soo i like it very much.
