Ingredients of Amla pickle
STEP : 1
The first most step is to wash and dry the amla. And put cuts into the amla on four sides and keep it aside.

Now take a deep bottomed pan and add about 2 cups of oil and fry the amla for about 2 minutes.
STEP : 3
Now take the amla into another bowl. Add 1 cup of red chilli powder and half cup of salt and 1 tablespoon of cumin powder and mix it well

Now add 2 tablespoons of fenugreek powder and 1 cup of mustard powder and 2 cups of oil and mix well
STEP : 5
Also add Half cup of garlic to it and half cup of tamarind paste or lemon juice based upon your taste.
STEP : 6
Mix all the ingredients well and leave for about 1 day. Next day again mix the pickle and store it in a container. Now pickle is ready to serve.
