STEP : 1
At the first step take a pan or kadai and keep on flame then cook noodles using water and salt .

Mean while chop the vegetables in to long and thin slice,we can use vegetables as per our choice , I used carrot ,cabbage and beans.

When the noodles get cooked well ,off the flame and transfer it to a sieve type plate for draining excess water.

Then wash noodles using cool water to avoid it's sticking, then heat a pan and pour oil to it, then put some noodles in to it.

When it's nicely fried keep it out and make some more fry of noodles . Then keep these fried noodles in a plate .

Then chop the ingredients for making sauce that is slice onion, ginger ,garlic ,green chilly and tomato. Then heat a pan ,

When the oil gets hot add the chopped ingredients to it and saute it well for about two to five minutes when it becomes translucent .

Add tomato sauce,chilly sauce, soya sauce and cornflour to it ,mix it well and pour some water to it ,stir continuously until it reaches a thick consistency.

Then off the flame. Heat another pan and pour oil to it and when it is hot add the chopped vegetables to it .

Close the pan and keep in low flame,let it cook it will take about ten minutes to cook . When it is cooked off the flame.

Then heat a pan and put butter to it when it melts ,pour chicken pieces to it, use boneless chicken. Cook using salt and pepper.

When chicken is cooked well , pour the chicken , cooked noodles, some spring onion, capsicum to the cooked vegetables .

Then put the sauce also to it and mix everything well , keep the flame on ,while mixing . After mixing keep for two more minutes and then off the flame.

Now our dish is ready to serve . Make a bulls eye and keep this on top of the dish and serve hot.
