This is an american chinese cuisine , it have meat vegetables and some sauces , this we can make easily and it is really yummy, it is a complete food ,as i had used egg, chicken and vegetables in it . every one will surely like this.

Ingredients of American chop suey

0.50 kg noodles
1.00 cup cabbage
1.00 cup carrot
1.00 cup chicken
0.50 cup cornflour
1.00 tbsp pepper powder
0.50 cup egg
0.50 tbsp salt
0.50 cup spring onion
0.50 cup capsicum
1.00 tbsp ginger
1.00 tbsp garlic
2.00 tbsp green chilly
2.00 tbsp oil
0.25 cup tomato sauce
1.00 tbsp soya sauce
0.25 cup chilly sauce
1.00 cup oil to fry
1.00 cup beans

At the first step take a pan or kadai and keep on flame then cook noodles using water and salt .

Mean while chop the vegetables in to long and thin slice,we can use vegetables as per our choice , I used carrot ,cabbage and beans.

When the noodles get cooked well ,off the flame and transfer it to a sieve type plate for draining excess water.

Then wash noodles using cool water to avoid it's sticking, then heat a pan and pour oil to it, then put some noodles in to it.

Then chop the ingredients for making sauce that is slice onion, ginger ,garlic ,green chilly and tomato. Then heat a pan ,

When the oil gets hot add the chopped ingredients to it and saute it well for about two to five minutes when it becomes translucent .

Add tomato sauce,chilly sauce, soya sauce and cornflour to it ,mix it well and pour some water to it ,stir continuously until it reaches a thick consistency.

Then off the flame. Heat another pan and pour oil to it and when it is hot add the chopped vegetables to it .

Close the pan and keep in low flame,let it cook it will take about ten minutes to cook . When it is cooked off the flame.

Then heat a pan and put butter to it when it melts ,pour chicken pieces to it, use boneless chicken. Cook using salt and pepper.

Now our dish is ready to serve . Make a bulls eye and keep this on top of the dish and serve hot.

I cooked it today and really really am super excited to tell you I haven’t ever tasted such an amazing recipe... Even I tried many times this recipe before. But for the first time really it came out fabulous.. this is something you must try.. though I didn’t have some of the ingredients even then it was super and delicious..
