Ingredients of Amarnath ladoo

These are the ingredients required to make the Rajgira ladoo. These ingredients are easily available in the markets.

First we need to roast the Rajgira. Roast the Rajgira in less quantity one after the other again to avoid burning.

This is how the Rajgira becomes after roasting. I have roasted in one teaspoon quantity again and again.

Collect all the roasted Rajgira in a bowl. While roasting the Rajgira pops up like a popcorn.

Now take a pan and in it add the ghee for making the Jaggery syrup. Ghee is used to make the ladoo smooth and soft.

After the ghee melts now add the Jaggery in the pan. For fast results you can take Jaggery in small pieces.

Cook the Jaggery until it dissolves in syrup consistency. While cooking the syrup cook it until it comes to boiling.

Now to make balls for ladoo firstly take the roasted Rajgira in a bowl. The bowl should be big enough to mix it well.

After taking the roasted Rajgira now add the Jaggery syrup in the bowl. Make sure that the syrup is at good temperature not too hot not too cool.

After adding the Jaggery syrup now mix it well and add the Kishmish (raisins) and cashews in it and mix again.

Now start making the balls. While making the balls wet your hands with water. For every ball wet with water again.

In this way make the balls of mixture. This is how the Rajgira Ladoo is made.

Finally Rajgira ladoo is prepared. Enjoy the ladoo with your family members. You can also store it and use them again.
