- 1.00 cup tomato
- 5.00 tbsp yogurt
- 3.00 tbsp curry leaf
- 1.00 tbsp mustard seed
- 1.00 tbsp fennel seed
- 2.00 cup wheat flour
- 2.00 tbsp salt
- 1.00 tbsp black pepper

- i created final image first. i garnished this recipe get a bowl & take prepared potatoes yogurt curry, with wheat masala puri & people reaction wow awesome , delicious & very spicy, yummy dish,first step is in separate cooker take 3 potatoes with some salt den cover it up the cooker & boiling till den came 3 whistle .den turn off heat.
- 2 step is first prepared tomato pori & all ingredients[ curry leaf, mustard seed, fennel seed, & yogurt also] together keep a side.
- 3rd step is after completely boiled potatoes den filter out of the hot water, it’s a very spicy recipe. everyone like this curry.
- 4 step is turn on the heat in separate cooker get 2 spoon oil,when oil heat den add curry leaf, mustard seed, fennel seed to gather mix it well fry it for 2 mins,
- 5th step is add prepared tomato pori, stir it well & cook it for 10 mins, den add salt, red chilly powder, add also turmeric powder, mix well.
- 6th step is chopped potatoes small shapes nicely. this curry is very simple steps to cook & it’s a very light curry no heavy curry,
- 7th step is after cooked tomato pori with all masala very well den add 4 spoon yogurt, den cook it 5 mins,
- 8th step is after mixed yogurt add chopped & boiled potatoes in this curry , cook it for 5 mins & add 2 cup of water den cook it for 10 mins & serve to hot with wheat flour masala puri.
- for wheat flour masala puri– first get a big bowl, take 4 cup wheat flour & add also salt, &black pepper mix it well & prepared a douse of normal cold water.keep a side for 20 mins
- 10 step is den with prepared wheat douge take some douge den rolling small puri den fried in chilled hot oil , after fried completely masala puri , den serve to hot this puri with potatoes yogurt curry & salads also,done my recipe, thanks , i hope you will like my recipe
