For Yogurt Raita Ingredients

  • 1.00 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 0.75 tbsp Cumin Seeds Powder
  • 0.50 tbsp Chat Masala Powder
  • 1.00 tbsp Sugar
  • 0.75 tbsp Salt
  • 0.50 cup Yogurt

Aloo Tikki Ingredients

  • 3.00 tbsp Potatoes
  • 1.00 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 0.75 tbsp Cumin Seeds Powder
  • 0.50 tbsp Chat Masala Powder
  • 1.00 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1.00 tbsp corn starch flour

Tortilla Ingredients

  • 1.00 cup Wheat Flour Atta
  • 1.00 cup Onion
  • 1.00 nos Carrot
  • 2.00 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

For Aloo Tikki Preparation

  • Take medium sized potatoes rinse well and pressure cook them till three to four whistles.

  • Take one medium sized onion and slice them well as thin slices and grate some carrots and fine chop some coriander leaves.

  • Now the pressure cooked potatoes releases it’s pressure itself,when it remains warm peel off the outer skin.

  • Now smash the boiled potatoes using a smasher or using hands and keep the smashed potatoes comes to cool completely.

  • Take a wide mixing bowl add those boiled,smashed and cooled potatoes to them and.

  • Now add some red chilly powder,cumin seeds powder and chaat masala powder and add enough salt for them.

  • Now add two tbsp of corn starch flour and fine chopped coriander leaves to them.

  • Then now mix well all the ingredients are well mixed together,keep kneading till it comes to soft and smooth dough

  • Now divide the small portion from the that well prepared aloo mixture and moist some oil on your hands and make desired shape as aloo patties.

  • Heat a flat tawa or a and sprinkle some oil over them and place those prepared aloo tikki patties and brings it to shallow fry.

  • After few seconds turn those aloo patties to boil in other sides,and sprinkle some more oil if required,when the aloo tikki obtains golden brown color now remove from the flame.

  • Repeat the same for preparing all aloo tikki and keep aside for few minutes for wrapping inside the Tortilla.

For Yogurt Raita Preparation

  • Take half a cup of fresh yogurt whisk them well till it comes to soft and smooth texture.
  • Now add red chilly powder,roasted chin seeds powder,and chat masala powder,pinch of salt and fine chopped coriander leaves to them.
  • Again stir them well till the ingredients are mixed well together and keep aside for a few minutes.

For Making Tortilla Preparation

  • Take a wide bowl add one cup of wheat flour atta and add enough salt for them.
  • Add enough water to them and knead well those wheat flour atta as a soft and thick dough,and you can also add some oil and knead them Well and keep aside.
  • Divide the kneadd dough into equal portions as small ball sized dough and take one portion of dough and flatten them as thin layer by dusting some dry flour.
  • Heat a flat pan or tawa and place those well kneaded and flattened thin Tortilla and brings it to boil for few seconds.
  • Flip it to another side and again brings it boil till the brown dots appears in the Tortilla.
  • Now sprinkle some oil over them and remove from the flame,repeat the same for preparing all tortillas.
  • Take a flattened plate and place those well prepared Tortilla onto them.
  • And now place two slices of aloo tikkies that we have already prepared and kept
  • Now sprinkle some thin sliced onion over them you can add more onion if you like crunchy onion bytes.
  • Then now sprinkle some well cleaned and grated carrot flakes over them,you can also add fine sliced veggies at this stage.
  • Now sprinkle one heaped spoonful of freshly prepared yogurt raita onto them,and sprinkle some coriander leaves too.
  • Then now wrap the Tortilla by connecting two ends and pin a toothpick to wrap tightly, finally garnish well and serve.
