STEP : 1
Nutritional soya chunks are very tasty and healthy item. We can make different type of dishes with this. One mane quality of these chunks that it absorb all the masalas or the gray in it and give a great flavour. Let's cook.

Nutritional or soya bean is healthier and tastier too. I remember in my childhood my mother used to say that these are chicken balls and for many years i know that these are chickens.Now i am treated the same thing eighth my son too.

Now start the cooking. At first take take the soya bean or nutritional u can take chunks and its keema or annuals too. Take a bowl warm 2 cups of water and add the chunks and annuals in it . Let it be for few mins.

Drain out the water from the chunks. Take 2 potatoes and peel it cut it in cubes, as shown in the picture. Take a kadhai or pan add 3 tbsp of mastered oil in it. Heat it properly and add cubed potatoes.

Fry the potatoes till light brown.drain out from the oil. Now add the drained chunks and annuals in the left heated oil. Fry it for few mins. Drain it in an another bowl. Take the same pan and now add 2 tbsp of mustered oil.

When the oil heated add 1 bay leaf in it. then add onion paste init and fried it till light brown. Add ginger garlic paste in it. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder salt and a pinch of sugar in it.

Mix the whole ingredient properly. Now add red chilly powder and garam masala powder in it. Fry it properly. Add the fried chunks and annuals in it. coat the whole masala in the chunks and annuals. Add the fried potatoes in it.

Mix the whole thing. Fry the hole ingredients till it starts leaving oil. Add 2 cups water init. Cover it dim the gas and let it cook for 10 min. Open the cover and checked the potatoes cooked or not. Take out in a bowl and serve it with hot rice or roti.
