STEP : 1
Take a bowl and in it add the Maida flour and ghee and mix it well till the ghee mixes well with the flour.

Now by adding water slowly in the flour starts kneading the flour till dough forms. Knead it well to get soft and smooth dough.

Now to the Maida dough made add Ajwain and knead it till Ajwain gets mix completely.

These are the simple ingredients required to make the Aloo samosa roll. Which are easily available in markets.

First take an onion remove the skin and Chopp it in pieces. Wash carrots and Chopp it also in small pieces. Wash curry leaves.

Now take a pressure cooker and in it pour water and in it add the potatoes. Make sure that the potatoes are cutted in four big pieces before adding. Pressure cooker till potatoes boil for 2-3 whistles.

Now take a frying pan and in it add the ghee. As the ghee melts now add the rai in the pan. It starts splutter.

After adding the rai now add the zeera in the frying pan. Keep distance from the pan as it starts splutter.

Now add the washed curry leaves in the frying pan and make sure that there is no excess water with it.

Now add the peeled and chopped onions in the pan. Fry this onions till raw smell disappear and become transparent.

As the onion changes its colour and become transparent now add the washed green peas in the pan.

After adding the green peas now add chopped carrots in small pieces and fry it well.

Now till the veggies are cooked now let's remove the skin of potatoes and mash potatoes with hand or masher.

After the veggies are cooked now let's add the ginger garlic paste in the frying pan.

Now after adding Ginger garlic paste now let us add the turmeric powder in the pan.

After adding the turmeric powder now let us add the red chilli powder in the pan.

Now take the mashed potatoes and add it in the mixture of the pan. And mix it well other ingredients.

Now add the salt as per taste required less or more. After adding salt mix it well.

The potatoes mixture is ready .let it set aside to cool. As it is a filling.

Now with the dough make the small size chapatis and place the filling in the middle. And on the other side cover it with the other chapati as shown.

Close the corners tightly so that it doesn't open. And in the same manner make all of them.

Now in a kadai take oil for deep frying and heat it after the oil gets heated up now slowly leave one in kadai and fry it in both the sides until golden brown.
