  • 3.00 nos Potatoes
  • 0.5 tbsp Minced Ginger
  • 2.00 nos Dried Red Chilly
  • 3.00 nos Tomatoes
  • 0.5 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 0.25 tbsp Fennel Seeds
  • 0.25 tbsp Mustard Seeds
  • 0.25 tbsp Methi Seeds
  • 0.75 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 0.75 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.25 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 0.25 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 0.25 tbsp Cumin Seeds Powder
  • 0.5 tbsp Salt
  • 2.00 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

Aloo Rasedar

  • Take three medium sized potatoes and wash them well in running water till all the soil content will completely clears,add it to pressure cooker and boil till soft.

  • When the pressure settles down open the lid,when it remains warm peel out the outer skin and smash them well and keep aside.

  • Fine slice three well ripen tomatoes,fine slice or minced some ginger and fine chop some coriander leaves.

  • Heat a pan or kadai,add two tbsp of oil,spkutter some mustard seeds,fennel seeds and some methi seeds in it.

  • Then add some minced ginger slices and dried red chilies into them and roast for few seconds till the raw smells out.

  • Now add all the spice powder ingredients such as red chilly powder,coriander powder,cumin seed’s powder,turmeric powder and garam masala powder.

  • Roast them well till raw smells completely out,do not over brown the spice powder will causes the curry color.

  • Then add thise fine sliced tangy tomatoes into them and saute well for few seconds till it smashes well.

  • Then now add this boiled,peeled and Smashed potatoes into them and stir well till the ingredients are coated well.

  • Then add some water and add enough salt with them and close the lid to bring it to boil for a few minutes.

  • When the added ingredients are cooked well and the raw smells are completely goes off,when the curry remains little watery and thin texture garnish some coriander leaves and remove from flame,serve hot with hot poori or with roti recipes.
