Potato Puri is a North Indian breakfast recipe with mashed potatoes it is a favourite kids recipe you can pack them for the lunch it is a quick recipe and time consuming and easy to the main ingredient of this recipe are boiled potatoes that can be added in a dough it gives a rich taste with spicy masala powder.

Ingredients of Aloo poori

1.00 cup Wheat flour
0.50 cup Coriander leaves
0.50 tbsp Turmaric powder
1.00 tbsp Red chilly powder
0.50 liter Oil
1.00 tbsp Salt

it is my favorite recipe, it is mouth watering 😋 and the most demanded recipe for breakfast. Here i read out very different and unique method of preparation, because pre making balls ,I heard very first time. Otherwise it takes less time,and all ingredients are healthy and easily available at home. Sauce, pickle are great combination to increase its taste. It us quite yummy.
