Ingredients of Aloo parwal ki sabji

0.25 kg Pointed gourd
0.25 kg potato
1.00 cup gobindo bhoge rice
2.00 tbsp ginger cumin seeds chili paste
1.00 cup water
0.25 tbsp garam masala
0.50 tbsp salt
0.50 tbsp sugar
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder
0.25 cup oil
1.00 tbsp coriander seeds

Aloo parwal ki sabji

Take pointed gourd, potato,gobindo bhoge rice, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, garam masala, ginger,red chili all those things bring together and keep aside.
