STEP : 1
Take pointed gourd, potato,gobindo bhoge rice, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, garam masala, ginger,red chili all those things bring together and keep aside.

Cut the potato and clean by the water then hot a pan and add the oil and add some cumin seeds then add the potato and salt and turmeric powder and fry for 5 minutes.

Hot the pan then add some oil and then add the pointed gourd and salt and turmeric powder and fry for 5 minutes in low flame and keep aside.

Then paste the ginger,cumin seeds and chili all together with some water and keep aside with fried potato,pointed gourd and gobondo bhoge rice for cooking next step.

Then hot a pan and add the oil then add the masala paste,salt and turmeric powder and cook for 2 minutes in low flame.

Then add the gobindo bhoge rice in to the masala and cook for another two minutes in high flame on the gas oven.
STEP : 7
Then add the fried pointed gourd and potato and cook for two minutes on high flame till the oil is split from the masala.
STEP : 8
Then add some water in it and add the garam masala and sugar then mix it well and cook for 5 minutes in low flame on the gas oven.
STEP : 9
Then off the gas oven and serve hot in a serving bowl for eating with hot roti, hot paratha or hot steamed rice for a happy meal.
