Ingredients of Aloo paratha
STEP : 1
At the first step boil the potato using water and salt, then chop all the ingredients and put in a plate, mash the potato using hands ,pour the powders also to it.

Mix everything well , mean while make a dough of wheat flour using water and salt then make balls from these dough.
STEP : 3
then flatten two balls of dough and then place some potato mix in between the flattened dough and press it to get a bind ,then again flatten it using the roller, add wheat flour if the dough sticks.
STEP : 4
Then repeat the same with the remaining dough and potato mix and then heat a pan and pour some ghee or butter to it ,then put one rotti to it.
STEP : 5
then let it cooked both sides well ,add oil, butter or ghee as per need, when the both sides become cooked.
STEP : 6
take it out and keep in a plate, take it with thick curd or a spicy chicken curry ,it will be yummy.
