This is a very healthy and protein rich food using wheat flour and potato as the core ingredient, we can make this easily at home , this is a famous north Indian breakfast which is now a days famous in everywhere.

Ingredients of Aloo paratha

1.00 cup wheatflour
1.00 cup potato
0.50 cup onion
1.00 tbsp ginger
2.00 tbsp corianderleaves
1.00 tbsp pudinaleaves
0.25 tbsp chillypowder
0.25 tbsp turmericpowder
0.25 tbsp garammasala
2.00 tbsp greenchilly
0.25 tbsp salt

Aloo paratha

At the first step boil the potato using water and salt, then chop all the ingredients and put in a plate, mash the potato using hands ,pour the powders also to it.

Mix everything well , mean while make a dough of wheat flour using water and salt then make balls from these dough.

then flatten two balls of dough and then place some potato mix in between the flattened dough and press it to get a bind ,then again flatten it using the roller, add wheat flour if the dough sticks.

Then repeat the same with the remaining dough and potato mix and then heat a pan and pour some ghee or butter to it ,then put one rotti to it.
