This is a green peas paste paneer dish which is served with roti. The paneer dish is unique in style because it is cooked in the jain style with no onion and garlic. It has potato cubes and paneer cubes cooked in a rich green peas paste.

Ingredients of Aloo paneer curry

0.25 kg Paneer
2.00 no Potato
1.00 cup Green Peas
1.00 no Tomato
2.00 tbsp Ginger Paste
4.00 no Green Chili
0.25 tbsp Garam Masala
1.00 no Bay Leaf
0.25 tbsp Cumin Seeds
0.25 tbsp Salt
0.25 tbsp Turmeric
4.00 tbsp Oil
1.00 tbsp Ghee

Aloo paneer curry

Take the green peas, potato is peeled and then cut into cubes as shown in the image. Slit the green chili and the tomato is chopped.
