STEP : 1
Take the green peas, potato is peeled and then cut into cubes as shown in the image. Slit the green chili and the tomato is chopped.

Cut the paneer into cubes as shown in the figure to be cooked in the gravy and also make a smooth paste of the ginger.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the cumin seeds, bay leaf and then the cubed potatoes so that they are deep fried and the potato turns golden in color.

Add the green chili and the chopped tomato into the kadai and mix it well and cook till the tomato softens and melts.

Add the salt and turmeric to the kadai and mix it very well as shown where the tomato is completely blended.

Now add the green peas which were made into a course paste and cook in the kadai till it mixes well, also add the ginger paste.

Add the paneer cubes to the kadai and then cook it well so that the paneer is mixed with the rest of the contents.

Add a cup of water and cook till the potato boils and the paneer is cooked and the gravy is completely dried up. Add the garam masala powder and garnish it with ghee before serving.
