Aloo Matar Ki Sabji
- 1.00 Cup Aloo
- 1.00 Cup Greenpeas
- 1.00 Cup Onions
- 1.00 Tbsp Red chilly powder
- 1.00 Tbsp Sltfortaste
- 1.00 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 4.00 Tbsp Oil
- 1.00 Tbsp Termeric powder
Instructions
Aloo Matar Ki Sabji
- first of all take the potatos and cut them in to small pieces and add in the bowl and add water in them keep aside
- now take the pan and switch on the stove and keep a pan and add the oil and fry the potato pieces and add termeric powder
- now fry them untill they change their color like golden color and take them in to plate and keep aside ..
- now take the onion pieces and add them in the oil and fry them in the oil untill they fry like golden color
- now take the spoon and mix all the onion pieces well and then add the fried potato pieces in the fried onions and mix well
- now take the ginger garlic paste and add the one tbsp of the ginger arlic paste and mix well and fry untill raw smell gone out
- now take the one cup of the green peas and boil them in the water untill they soften and keep them aside
- now take the boiled green peas and add them in the fried onions and potato pieces and mix them all well
- now take the red chilly powder and then add the one tbsp of the red chilly powder and then mix well
- now take the 2 tbsp of oil and add in the potato and mutter mixture and mix well and fry them in the oil for 5 minutes
