Ingredients of Aloo khichdi
STEP : 1
First of all, take the sabudana as per the given quantity and take it the big bowl and clean it before use.

After that, pour the water into the sabudana and clean it and after the pour the water in it so that the sabudana get dip in it.

Remain the sabudana in it for around 4-5 hours or for the midnight, and then take the potato ad wash them.

After 4-5 hours when the sabudana gets big in the bowl and soak all the water, that means are now ready to cook.

After that, take the potato and boil them in the cooker and when the cooker gets cool, peel them and make small pieces.

Now, after this, take the peanuts and fry them in the empty pan for few seconds and then grind them in the mixer.

After all this, take the green chilly and cut it into small pieces and also take the red chilly powder and salt & sugar in a plate.

After this, take the oil in the pan and when it gets little hot, add the cummins, neem leaves and green chilly to the oil and cook.

After this, add the potato to the oil and cook for r=few seconds and then add the spices to the pan.

After that, when the potato gets cooked, add the sabudana to the pan and mix it well with the potato and spices.

Then, take the lemon and squeeze it in the mixture and also add the sugar to the mixture and mix them.

Now, cook it well and when the sugar gets mixed and cooked, take the khichdi in the bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves.
