STEP : 1
Take some maida and keep aside then take boiled potato,lemon ,green chilli and coriander leaves. all those things bring together and keep aside.

In a big bowl add the maida some salt some oil and some water then mix all those things and make a soft dow for paratha.

Then chop the onion properly for mix the boiled smashed potato for a lively crispy stuffing of coriander potato onion paratha.

Then smash the boiled potato and mix with chopped onion,chopped green chilli ,sali lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves and mix all those things and makes a dough.

then hot a pan and add some oil and when the oil become hot add the rolled paratha and fry the paratha crispy on the high flame of gas oven.

fry the paratha properly and serve hot on a serving plate with any veg or non veg item in breakfast,dinner or as lunch in school or office.
