Ingredients of Aloo jhol
STEP : 1
Chicken, potato, onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, chicken curry masala, kashmiri mirch powder, garam masala, black pepper powder. all those things bring together.

wash the chicken and keep aside then cut the potato and wash it and keep aside, paste the onion, paste the tomato, paste the ginger, garlic and coriander leaver all together and keep aside, and other masala keep aside.

Add the turmeric powder and salt in to the chicken and mix well together and marinate for at list 10 minutes.

Hot a pan and add some oil in it, when the oil is become hot add the chicken and fry the chicken properly.

fry all the marinated chicken properly and keep aside for cooking the next step of morog aloo jhole nicely and tasty.

Hot a pan and add some oil in it and when the oil is hot add the potato in the oil and add some salt and turmeric powder in it and fry properly.

Hot a pan then add some oil in it , when the oil become hot add the onion paste in to the oil and cook for two minutes in high flame.

Then add the tomato paste in to the cooked masala and salt and cook for another two minutes in high flame.

Then add the ginger garlic coriander leaves paste in to the fried masala and cook for another two minutes in high flame.

Then add the kashmiri mirch powder in to the cooked masala and cook for another five minutes in low flame on the gas oven.

Then add the fried chicken and fried potato in to the cooked masala and cook for another two minutes in low flame.

Then add the chicken curry masala in chicken and cook till the masala split from oil in low flame for few minutes.

Then add the garam masala and black pepper powder in to the chicken and cook for another two minutes in low flame.

Then add some water in to the masala chicken and cook for another five minutes in high flame and then off the gas oven.

Then serve hot this morog aloo jhol in a serving bowl. Serve this recipe with hot steamed rice and hot roti for a satisfying meal.
