A tangy chicken and potato, flavoured with ginger, garlic, onion, garam masala, chicken masala, red chilli, and black paper powder and tomato paste with potato pieces is an all time fevourite. Serve this chicken with hot roti or hot paratha ot hot steamed rice or any rice preparation .

Ingredients of Aloo jhol

0.75 kg Chicken pieces
3.00 no potato
1.00 cup onion paste
1.00 cup tomato paste
3.00 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1.00 tbsp coriander leaves paste
1.00 tbsp chicken curry masala
1.00 tbsp Kashmir mirch powder
0.50 tbsp black pepper powder
0.25 tbsp garam masala powder
1.00 tbsp salt
0.50 tbsp turmeric powder
0.50 cup oil

Aloo jhol

Chicken, potato, onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, chicken curry masala, kashmiri mirch powder, garam masala, black pepper powder. all those things bring together.

Add the turmeric powder and salt in to the chicken and mix well together and marinate for at list 10 minutes.

Hey all, tried this recipe exactly like mentioned in this recipe... It's way too yummy and delicious .it just as we get to eat in restaurant.
