STEP : 1
Wash and cut the potato and cauliflower into florets and potatoes into cubed shaped pieces and steam them so that cooking takes less time.

Chop the onion and slit the green chili. Chop the tomatoes into small pieces. Peel the garlic and cut the capsicum into small pieces.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the garlic cloves to the same and fry them till they turn golden brown in color.

Add the onion slices to the hot oil and fry them too so that they become softened too and the color changes to golden.

Add the tomato and green chili and fry them till the tomato softens and melts. Cook for some time so that all the ingredients blend well.

After the tomato has been softened add the capsicum pieces to the oil and fry them well till the pieces are softened.

Add salt and turmeric and mix well and cook all the ingredients for 2-3 minutes so that all the vegetables are boiled and softened.

Add the steamed cauliflower and potato and mix very well and cook for some time so that all the ingredients are well mixed.

Add the dry roasted tandoori masala in the kadaia and mix it well with the rest of the vegetables and cook for some time. Once all the vegetables are boiled the dish is ready to be served with roti.
