Ingredients of Aloo gobi masala dry

0.25 cup coriander Leaves
1.00 tbsp Salt
2.00 tbsp Oil
1.00 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
1.00 tbsp Coriander Powder
0.50 tbsp Pepper Powder
0.50 tbsp Cumin Seed Powder

Aloo gobi masala dry

In a cooking pan add some water and add the chopped cauliflower and add 1/2 a spoon of salt and add 1/4 tbsp of turmeric powder and keep boiling for few minutes till the vegetable for semi cook.

Adjust the needed water and keep cover the lid and boil it for five to ten minutes till the water contents are fully absorbed,then the dish was in dry state, serve hot with chapati or with curd rice.
