Ingredients of Aloo gobi curry
Aloo gobi curry
STEP : 1
Firstly take 1 fresh and white Gobi Flower, 2 Onion, 2 Potato, 2 Tomato and 3 4 green Mirchi. Aggregate all vegetables in a plate.
STEP : 2
Now wash all vegetables properly with water for 2 3 times. Cut down all vegetables in to medium sized pieces. Aggregate all vegetables in a plate as shown in image.

Now take a pressure cocker and wash it properly with water for 2 3 times. Make it dry with clean cloth.
STEP : 4
Now put the cocker on gas stove and put on the flame. Take 1 cup of Vegetable Oil and add in to the cocker and let it be heat at the flame medium.

Take 1 tbsp Mustard and 1 tbsp Cummin seeds. Mix both and add in to the cocker. Here mustard and cumin should be of good quality. Let it fry for 45 seconds at medium flame.

After proper frying of mustard and cumin, make flame low and add medium sized pieces of Onion in to the cocker.

Now saute the onion properly at slow to medium flame for 1 minutes with slow stirring. Here onion should not be burn out. Add medium sized pieces of Green Mirchi in to cocker.

Mix the green mirchi along with onion and let it saute the mirchi properly at low flame for 30 40 seconds with slow stirring.

Now add medium sized pieces of Potato in to the cocker. Here pieces of potato should not be too small or too big.

Mix the whole content properly with spoon and let be saute the potato for 30 60 minutes at low flame with occasional stirring.

Now add medium sized pieces of Tomato in to the cocker. Here pieces of tomato should not be too small.

Mix the tomato along the whole content by stirring it properly and let it saute for a minute at low flame.

Now take medium sized pieces of Gobi flower and add it in to the cocker. Here before adding the pieces of gobiflower, it should be soaked in the cold water for half an hour.

Mix all pieces of gobiflower along with the whole content by stirring and let it saute for 2 3 minutes at medium flame.

Now add 1 tbsp Sugar and mix it properly with the content by stirring up to it gets dissolved properly.

Now add 1 tbsp Salt in to the cocker and mix it properly by slow stirring. Here qty of salt can be change as per taste.

Now add 1 tbsp fresh Huldi powder in to the container and mix it properly by slow stirring at low flame.

Now add 1 tbsp Red Chilli powder in to the container. Add Œ cup of water in to the cocker. Here red chilli powder should be of good quality.

Now mix the whole content properly with constant and slow stirring. Now make the flame medium and let it be heat for 2 3 minutes.

Now add 1 tbsp Kitchen King Masala in to the cocker and mix it properly by stirring. Also add œ tbsp lemon Juice (optional).
STEP : 21
Now close the cocker with lid and make the flame medium. Let it cock the content for 3 whistles at medium flame.
STEP : 22
After cocking for 3 whistles, let be cool the cocker for 5 minutes. Then remove the inside air of cocker by removing whistle and open the lid of cocker. Let be cool the content for 5 minutes.

After cooling for 5 minutes mix the whole content properly with very slow stirring. Now check the taste preparation of curry. If require any ingredient please add it and mix it slowly. Now the Flower Potato tomato Curry is ready to serve and serve in to serving plate.
