  • 2.00 No Potato
  • 1.00 No Carrot
  • 0.25 Cup Green Peas
  • 0.50 Tbsp Ginger Slices
  • 0.50 Tbsp Chopped Green Chilies
  • 0.50 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1.00 Tbsp Oil
  • 2.00 No Coriander Leaves
  • 0.50 Tbsp Salt
  • 0.50 Cup Water

  • Scrape out the skins, wash and chop the vegetables such as carrot and potatoes into a small pieces, and bring some green peas too.

  • Heat a frying pan add one tbsp of oil and splutters some cumin seeds with them.

  • Then add some chopped ginger slices and some green chilies with them and stir foe few seconds.

  • Then add those chopped vegetables and green peas with them and stir well for few seconds.

  • Roast the vegetables for few seconds in slow fire till the vegetables are getting little roast, then add enough salt for them.

  • Then add little water as sprinkling over the vegetables and keep stir for few seconds.

  • Then cover the lid and brings to boil for few minutes till the added vegetables are cooks and soft.

  • After few minutes remove the lid, now the added water becomes dried and the vegetables are soft and cooked.
