STEP : 1
Take some potato, tomato, onion, ginger, garlic, garam masala, kashmiri mirch dust, red chili all those things bring together and keep aside fir cooking.

Take a pressure cooker then add some water in it. then clean the potato properly and boil the potato properly.

Paste the ginger and garlic and dried red chili and some water all together for cooking dam pokth potato next step and keep aside.

Paste in a grinder the onion and the tomato all together smoothly for cooking dam pokth potato next step and keep aside.

Hit a pan then add some oil in it and then add the boiled potato and add some salt and turmeric powder in to the potato and fry them.

Then add the kashmiri mirch in to the fried potato and again fry for two minutes on low flame on the gas oven.

Then add the onion and tomato paste and salt and sugar all those things mix well and cook for 2 minutes in high flame.

Then add ginger garlic chili paste and cook for five minutes on high flame then add the garam masala and cook for two minutes.

Then serve hot this dam pokth potato in a serving bowl and garnish with slice of capsicum. Serve this recipe with hot roti or hot parathas.
