A classic and exotic Indian veg recipe with ginger, garlic, onion and tomato preparation flavoured with garam masala and can eaten with hot roti,hot paratha or fried rice. Dumpokth potato is spicy,dry and leaves behind oil or rogan.

Ingredients of Aloo dum pukht

0.50 tbsp kashmiri mirch powder
0.50 tbsp garam masala
1.00 tbsp salt
0.50 tbsp sugar
0.25 cup oil
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder
2.00 no red chili
2.00 no capsicum slices
