This is a crispy,spicy snack item where sweet corn is the main ingredient.Children love this snack item for its crunchy texture. This can be taken with a regular tomato sauce or can also be served along with tea.

Ingredients of Aloo corn tikki

Basen flour, mashed potatoes, corn flour, rice flour, chopped onions, green chilli pieces, corn kernels, grinded corn mix, ginger garlic paste, salt, garam masala, chopped mint leaves are taken into a bowl and mixed evenly without water.
