STEP : 1
First of all, take all the vegetables together in one plate and wash them properly with water and then cut them.

Now, cut them in the similar way or you can use any particular kind of chopper to chop them all similarly.

When you chopped all the vegetables, mix all of them together so that it seems to be one mix vegetable in that.

After that take the oil in the pan and when it gets heated, add cummins and mustard to the oil for few seconds.

At the same time, on the other hand take all the spices in the plate and mix them to make one.

Then add the vegetables to the oil pan and mix them well and let them cook for few minutes in that.

After some time, add the spices to that and also add the sugar and mix them well and then let it cook for around 15 minutes.
STEP : 8
At last when the vegetables gets cooked, take them out in the bowl and is ready to serve with hot paranthas/roti.
