  • 1.00 nos Green Capsicum
  • 1.00 nos Red Capsicum
  • 1.00 nos Yellow Capsicum
  • 2.00 nos Tomato
  • 2.00 nos Potato
  • 1.00 nos Carrot
  • 3.00 tbsp OIl
  • 1.75 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.75 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 0.25 tbsp Turmeric
  • 0.75 tbsp Salt
  • 0.50 tbsp Sugar
  • 0.50 tbsp Sabzi masala
  • 0.25 tbsp cummins
  • 0.25 tbsp Mustard

Instructions

  • First of all, take all the vegetables together in one plate and wash them properly with water and then cut them.

  • Now, cut them in the similar way or you can use any particular kind of chopper to chop them all similarly.

  • When you chopped all the vegetables, mix all of them together so that it seems to be one mix vegetable in that.

  • After that take the oil in the pan and when it gets heated, add cummins and mustard to the oil for few seconds.

  • At the same time, on the other hand take all the spices in the plate and mix them to make one.

  • Then add the vegetables to the oil pan and mix them well and let them cook for few minutes in that.

  • After some time, add the spices to that and also add the sugar and mix them well and then let it cook for around 15 minutes.

  • At last when the vegetables gets cooked, take them out in the bowl and is ready to serve with hot paranthas/roti.
