It is a dish which is a vegetable made with the combination of different vegetables. There are vegetables which includes the three different variety of capsicum and other like carrot, tomato & potato. These combinedly made a tast and delicious recipe.

After that take the oil in the pan and when it gets heated, add cummins and mustard to the oil for few seconds.
