STEP : 1
Take the french beans and wash them well. Remove the top and the bottom ends and then chop it into fine pieces across the length. - Peel and wash the potato and cut them into thin long slice.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the kalonji seeds. Fry them for a while and add potato slices to the oil and fry them well.
STEP : 3
Add the bean slices to the oil and fry them wiith the potato too. Add the salt and sugar and then stir well.

Continuously stir the contents of the kadai and add the turmeric powder and mix it well and cook for a minute or two.

take the poppy seeds and coconut and then make a fine paste of both in the mixture grinder and set it aside in a bowl.

Now add the mixture which was prepared above into the kadai and stir very well so that it mixes well with the rest of the contents.
STEP : 7
Add a cup of water, cover the kadai and cook it in simmer till the beans and potato are boiled and all the water is drained off. Then it is ready to be served with chapati.
