STEP : 1
Take the chicken pieces and wash the cubes very well. Add some salt, black pepper, lemon juice, garlic powder and crushed parsley leaves. Leave it marinated for 20 minutes.

- Mix all the contents with the chicken and after marination in the refrigerator take it out and let it settle.

- Take the almond nuts and heat butter in a skillet and then deep fry them till they are golden brown.

Now after the chicken is marinated, heat butter in a kadai and fry the chicken pieces very well in the kadai.

Continue to fry the chicken very well on all sides till it turns golden brown and is crispy and tender at the same time.

Now add the onion slices to the kadai so that they become tender and the color changes to slightly pinkish.

Now add the chopped almond slices into the kadai (The ones that were fried have been chopped) and mix it with the rest of the contents.

Now add the fresh cream to the kadai and mix it well and cook with the chicken for 2-3 minutes after which it is ready for serving.

- Set aside the chicken pieces in a bowl and let it cool down a bit so that it can be garnished.

Sprinkle some grated cheese and then add the fresh mint leaves on top. The dish is ready to be served on a bed of rice.
