Essence Preparation

STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare almond biscotti,we need All purpose flour,roasted almond flour,large eggs ,coconut milk,Baking powder,Baking soda,salt,white sugar,cane sugar(optional).

STEP : 2
Take a large bowl add two large eggs,if you don't like you can left over the egg yolks from the egg white, finely beat the eggs using fork spoon or electric mixer,adding egg yolks are good for health.

STEP : 3
Now take a white sugar or powdered sugar as per your taste (add half cup of sugar if you would like it less sweet,one cup if more sweet).

STEP : 4
Now add a cane sugar or brown sugar but its optional ,you can use either any one i used the equal portion of both sugar.

STEP : 5
Add a cup of coconut milk or almond milk ,prefer non-dairy milk if possible if not you can use warm milk and beat well till the sugar dissolves .

STEP : 6
Beat well using a big spoon or electric mixer till the sugar dissolves ,if possible add almond extract or vanilla essence for a yummy flavor and taste.
Biscotti Preparation

STEP : 1
Now take a large vessel add sifted or sieved all purpose flour and dry roasted almond flour alternatively you can also use white whole wheat flour or regular whole wheat flour or self raising flour or nuts flour instead of all purpose flour that's highly beneficial.

STEP : 2
Now add one and half tablespoon of baking powder,a teaspoon of baking soda,and a pinch of salt you can also add cinnamon powder if you like.

STEP : 3
Now mix finely all the ingredients you can also add finely chopped almonds,pistachios or any other nuts and dried fruits for a yummy crunchy before adding the creamy batter to blend easily with all the ingredients.

STEP : 4
Now pour the creamy batter into the mixed flour and mix thoroughly using spatula or a electric mixer with out any lumps and stir it well.

STEP : 5
The batter should be neither thick nor thin ,if the batter is thick you can add warm milk or coconut milk mix well and bring them a sticky and little bit thick consistency.

STEP : 6
Now take a baking tray grease them with a ghee or cooking oil or butter,you can fix the baking sheet on the tray after greasing and leave it for few minutes.

STEP : 7
Add the biscotti batter on a tray and make them as your desired shape before making them shape grease your palm because the batter is sticky or after baking you can cut into biscuit shape.

STEP : 8
Preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade or 350 Fahrenheit and place the baking tray on a center part and bake it around 20 to 25 minutes.

STEP : 9
When the biscotti becomes pluffy and turns golden brown set off the temperature and take out slowly and leave it cool for few minutes and cut in a desired shape ,now our almond biscotti is ready ,you can serve these at a tea or coffee time or as a snacks.
