STEP : 1
Take the pomfret fish and wash it very well and clean it and then make slit with the knives so that the masala pierce well.

Soak the cleaned fish for atleast about 10 minutes in water with salt and vinegar so that the strong smell is lessened.

Peel and wash the onion - Make the paste of ginger and garlic. Set aside the red chili powder and black pepper powder. Set aside the pickle for marination.

Make a mixture with the curd and salt, black pepper and red chili powder to make a fine and smooth paste.

Apply some salt and ginger garlic paste to the fish after taking it out from the marination in the vinegar water.

After 5 minutes apply the pickle all over the body of the fish on both sides and leave it aside for marination.

Add the curd mixture prepared above and the onion paste to the fish and leave it to marinate for 4-5 minutes.

Grease the air fryer with some oil and then place the marinated fish on the air fryer. Cook one side of it well.

Once one side is cooked well, turn it to the other direction and let the other side also get cooked till it turns golden brown on both sides. Now it is ready to be served with salad.
