STEP : 1
Take the chicken curry cut pieces and wash and clean them very well under the running water and set them aside for boiling in a cooker.

Take some salt, turmeric and a cup of water bring it to boil in a pressure cooker and then add the chicken pieces and cook for 5 minutes so that it becomes tender.

Chop the onion, ginger and peel the garlic c;loves. - Set aside the mixed pickle. - Make a paste of the green chili and also chop the tomatoes.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the garlic cloves and onion slices and fry them well till the onion softens and is pink in color.

Once the onion and garlic are fried add the tomatoes and the ginger slices to the kadai and fry them well.

Mix all the contents and fry them well till they blend and then add the green chili paste to the kadai.

Mix the rest of the contents and then add the pickle to the kadai and mix it well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Now add the boiled chicken pieces along with the excess water from the pressure cooker and then mix it well and cook by covering it in simmer and till the water is dried. Serve with coriander leaves garnishing.
