Aate ka halwa recipe is a dessert which is very easy to make and is quite delicious.This recipe is easy to make and can be make for any occasion or any day and it can be prepared in the easy way .
Ingredients
Aate Ka Halwa
- 1.00 cup Wheat Flour
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 0.25 cup Milk
- 2.00 tbsp Ghee
Instructions

- Firstly take a one kada , in this add 2 table spun of ghee and make it heat in the low medium flame.
- After adding the ghee to the kada,now add 1 cup of wheat flour to the kada.
- After adding the wheat flour,fried the wheat flour slowly for 10 minutes in a low medium flame.
- After frying in the low flame for 10 minutes the wheat flour is just looks as in the below image.
- After frying as golden brown color,now add 1/2 cup of sugar to the kada , if you want extra sweetness you can add 3/4 cup.
- Now add 1/4 cup of milk , It is an optional adding milk is gives smooth texture to the halwa.
- After adding milk , just mix it well ,continue slowly because lumps will exist if we are not mix it well.
- Now stirl continuously until the water contents are dry in the kada , cook this in a slow medium flame.The halwa have to remove this from the kada as in the below image.
- Now take a one bowel , for this take a one spun of ghee and apply the ghee fully on the bowel.
- After applying the ghee to the bowel , now add the atte ka halwa to the bowel,Serve this with the hot way , use dry fruits for garnishing.
