Ingredients of Aama vadai
STEP : 1
First of all take the chana dal and take the bowl and add the chana dal in the bowl and add the water in that and soak for 3 hours.

Now take the mix jar and add the chana dal in the jar and then add green chilies and grind like a fine paste.

Now take the wide bowl and take the grinded chana dal paste in to the bowl and add the salt for taste and mix well.

Now take the gera and add the one tbsp of gera in the grinded paste and mix well with out any lumbs.

Now take the onions and peel out the outer part and clean well and cut them in to very small pieces.

Now take the ginger garlic paste and add one tbsp of ginger garlic paste and mix well in the paste and keep aside.

Now add the coriander and curry leaves and then add the onions and mix well for some time then keep aside.

Now with the help of hands prepare like a wada by applying the oil or water to hand.

Now keep a pan and preheat the oil for deep fry and ad them in the oil and well in the low flame.

Now take the serving plate and serve the tasty and delicious crispy hot chana dal wada along with chutney thats it tasty snack item ready.
