Kacha amer chutni is a delicious Bengali Chatni which is an indigenous delicacy of Calcutta. This chatni has a sweet & spicy flavor and a thick and sticky like consistency. As it is sweet in taste, a good amount of sugar is required for its preparation. Kacha Amer chutni has its principal ingredient as fresh unripe mangoes.

Ingredients of Aam ki chatni

1.00 no Raw mango
1.00 cup sugar
1.00 tbsp oil
0.25 tbsp mustard seeds
1.00 no whole red chili
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder
1.00 tbsp coriander leaves

Aam ki chatni

Peel the raw mangoes and chop it into little large size. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds and whole red chili. Saute it for a minute and add chopped raw mango.
