Wheat flour preparation

STEP : 1
First of all take the bowl and add the wheat flour in the bowl.

Now take the salt and add the salt for the taste and mix them well once and check weather sufficient or not.

Now take the water and add the one cup of the water in the flour and mix.

Now mix the flour well like a dough and keep aside the dough for 10 minutes so that that will be soften.
For masala preparation

Now take the aloo and cut them in to the pieces as shown in the image and add the water and boil well.

Now take the boiled potato and smash them well like fine paste and keep aside.

Now take the pan and switch on the stove and add the oil and add the onions in the pan and fry well.

Now take the smashed aloo and add that in the fried onions and mix well and then add the salt for taste.

Now take the red chilly powder and add the little red chilly powder in the aloo and mix well.

Now then after take the turmeric powder and add the little spoon of the turmeric powder and mix well.

Now take the dhaniya powder and add that in the aloo mixture and mix well and then add the coriander and mint leaves.
Preaparation for aloo paratha

STEP : 1
Now take the prepared dough and make them as a small balls and keep aside and then prepare like a paratha.

Now take the prepared aloo mixture and keep the one tbsp of aloo curry in the middle of the paratha.

Now take the all corners of the paratha and close all to center and keep aside.

Now take the prepared ball and again make that like paratha by applying the flour.

Now take the pan and preheat the pan and add the prepared paratha over the pan and fry well.

Now fry the paratha by applying the oil and on two sides until that turn to light golden color.

Now take the serving plate and serve the tasty and delicious aloo paratha in the plate and serve that along with gobi curry.
